Radio - QNX 2015 Concept Car
This project has taken over my life for the last few months. We wanted to create an automotive UI experience that was flexible, memorable and most of all easy to use.
The bottom portion is gesturally controlled, swipe to change track and station, tap to pause and play. Central area can be minimized for a full map view. UI focuses on large hit spaces and patterns are followed throughout for minimal cognitive load. Primary actions are created so that the user does not have to look at the screen.
