Cryptography Symbols ...

... those are the first 2 of a series of simple, little »symbol illustrations« I’m making for an instructional/referring book on cryptography and network security. It will be a non-intimidating guide for the »common man« similar to the »... for dummies« books.

My task is to make symbols to chuckle about. The first two – encryption and decryption – symbols are open and closed safety pins instead of the usual padlock or key symbols.
