Careers Candidate Search

I'm excited to show off some of the stuff I've been working on for our Stack Overflow Careers product suite.

Candidate Search is a way for employers to search our extensive database of programmers around the world. These new features launch this week!

Our focus was on improving the quality of results, integrating a fully-featured advanced search interface, and also other smaller experience tweaks (Dismissing candidates, messaging, and surfacing boolean search functionality so users can learn how to build advanced queries.)
