GitHub timeline tweak

I pushed a few tweaks last week to conversations on issues and pull requests to better differentiate each event. We were doing some silly CSS magic on commits before, so this is a bit of a saner approach. Also, it gets us ready for some super cool future shit coming to issues and pull requests.
