智君 Sport & Smarts logo design

Another logo design proposal for 智君 Zhi Jun (Zhi means wise or smart and Jun means you) Sport & Smarts, a training program both for children and grown-ups focused on Taichi, Tae Kwon Do, Chinese Chess.

The request was to create a modern design based on traditional elements: the logo symbol design combines requested Chinese traditional elements: bamboo (representing a "quiet, peaceful, clear" feeling), flowing water ("seems simple and soft, but it is extremely hard to manage, control and block"), cloud (soft and peaceful, but it is capable to damage things) combined with an extra one, the sun.
