Mobile website closed sign

When you're a small business, people visit your website for 3 simple answers to 3 simple questions:

- Can I come now?
- Where are you?
- Can I talk to someone?

I was thinking when the home-page loads, lets show a notification showing that the business is closed, but re-assuring the customer they can come back tomorrow.
