Hemingway Statamic Theme

Beginnings of Hemingway, my first public Statamic theme. There's lots of fun little hidden gems in here to reflect The Old Man and the Sea. For example: the gray on the drop shadows in a CMYK representation of the day when the book was first published—September 01, 1952 (09/01/19/52).
