Support Modal

Another modal from RepPro. In order to help us better route customer support inquiries, I designed this modal. After making a selection, the modal changes to display the appropriate contact options (message, live chat, phone). Added a headset to the icon to our "client" icon to symbolize customer support. Though it was a nice extra touch. Check it out at 2x for a better view.
