Yoledo Annual Review - Start / Launch screen

With the recent update I added this screen to handle the multiple-year functionality for www.yoledo.com. If the last year's review is completed then it shows as "2012 Review" but if not, it would say "2012 Continue" instead, and if it hasn't been started, it says "2013 Start". Not completely happy with how it looks when there's only one relevant year as opposed to 2, 3, or more, but that's for the next batch of improvements.
