Firefly Grove song template, first stab

I'm working on a micro-site to present a small collection of lo-fi folk songs I wrote & recorded a few years back. This shot shows a portion of the template used to display each song. This is a first stab at the design -- not sure if I'll change visual direction or not.

A technical goal of this project is to work with the Soundcloud API (and design a custom SC player), as well as getting hands-on with some in-depth jQuery for some neat scroll effects.

Look for the site later this month. Meanwhile, the lo-fi & rustic song recordings I'm using for this project can be heard on my Soundcloud page or my old website.
