300sq ft Office Space Design

So my buddy just leased a 300sq ft space, and wants to transform it into a nice office space space. The budget is $2k. I’ve mocked up a concept to help him visualize what can be done with his office. The space is tight, but I believe you can always create an environment that feels like home. I felt like it needed a couch and a small entertainment center. Since it’s a startup, I’m assuming the team will be there all hours of the day. It needs to be comfortable and feel like home.
