braised fish in brown sauce

Tried to find how to draw braised fish. It's kind of hard actually. You have to fry the fish first and then braise it with Chinese brown sauce, some sugar, a little vinegar and a little oil consumption. Why I know these steps? Yes, I followed the recipe braised a fish already. :P
