User Flow: Adding a Condition
We're doing a load of exciting work on our PHR (Personal Health Record) at the moment. Not only will the design be updated, but the experience of using it and the potential it has to store your medical history will be completely upgraded.
We wanted to focus on the information that surrounds having a medical condition and allow people to easily add this info to their records. Any medications, procedures or people that have helped you with your care, will be added to the history of a condition.
Attached is a video, which takes you through the user flow of adding a condition and its accompanying data. Obviously lots of questions means lots of forms, so we've tried to make it as pain free as possible.
Updates to the PHR include a responsive design, a brighter UI and a load more useful features.
