Once a Day
I have started reading a book called Early to Rise by Andy Traub about getting up early. I started the 30 day challenge yesterday, and while its incredible difficult to get up early – I am excited about changing this habit and getting up early. I took the quote from chapter six, and made it into a wallpaper as part of the extra time I had this morning.
