Padrão dos Descobrimentos is a beautiful monument that you don't want to miss in Lisbon, Portugal. Located along the Tagus river where ships departed to explore and trade with India and Orient and it celebrates the Portuguese Age of Discovery/Exploration during the 15th and 16th centuries.
