Alert dropdown

This was another update that went along with the header revamp release. What you're looking at is an alerts dropdown where we surfaced the users' existing alerts. It used to take you to a whole different page. We wanted to depart from that idea to keep the users in the search page.
You're also looking at an empty state on the right side rail.
