Dossier Profile page

Dossier is a hackathon project I've been working on today with https://github.com/phinze. The app provides a virtual dossier for communities and organizations so people can get to know each other better.

Goal of the project: "Provide a platform for people to build and maintain a Dossier to present themselves to their community. Allow for members of the community to contibute to the Dossiers of others (after approval by the individual)."

... And because Star Trek: Into Darkness came out today, I decided to make a small homage to the Original Series.
