App helps you to answer the question what's time in other cities now if in St. Petersburg is 14:00 for example. It can be useful if you plan to set up online meeting with your partners from other countries.
You can change the time by swiping your finger left-right. Time will change with step of quarter of hour. Tip appears when you tap a city.
