Out-of-line links

Styling for out-of-line (standalone) links. In addition to "Follow" there's also "Visit", "View", "Read", etc.

The main problem here is that the underlined links work only while they are inline with other text. Once they are taken out and placed on their own (i.e. in their own padded div), they become easy to confuse with underlined section headers and such. So a little visual nudge is needed to help recognizing such links.
