Diary entries and seal

Are the hearts too much? The site is pretty serious but needs some personality. It's for a foundation started by the father of a girl who was killed by a drunk driver. It's a very stark site; lots of whitespace, greyscale and pink. See my previous tile for an idea of the overall style. I like the seal a lot.
