The ingredients note floats independently of the recipe instruction. Tapping the edge of the screen moves you back and forth, you can also swipe anywhere on the screen. We felt this was a better solution that tabs or just a vertically scrolling page. The note also doubles as a rudimentary shopping list in the grocery store.
