For too long I have overcomplicated my designs, including too much of the unnecessary. I was thinking about the user but was I really 'thinking about the user'?..
My designs often distracted users with bold call to action & buttons that looked great yet pulled attention away from the user goals & I very rarely considered type properly.
Ive decided that everything I create from this point will display nothing more than the necessary. This is a step forward for me.
