Project App Animated GIF (WIP)

The first design stage of an app I am working on.
It's main focus is to log time/costings of a project which can then be exported.

***would anybody know the best way to find someone to help build this app?? I could do it as a web app but really want it to be native and have that snappy feel....and so it can be added to the app store :). I have all work flows and all the design elements complete but my coding knowledge comes to a grinding halt at jQuery ha!*** any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks!
