Sticky Nav / Persistent Nav

Been playing around with a persistent nav bar that would pop out of the page and stick to the top of the browser window once you scroll past a certain point in the page.

Top view: Shows nav bar as you would see it on the page
Bottom View : Shows nave bar as if it were stuck to browser.
