Leon Bday Card

I sometimes make cards for family for birthdays. This is what I did for my brother. I really loved this fun little project because I made this character based upon my brother, his fave trainers, similar hair style and even put my own spin on the Nirvana logo for the hoodie.

I animated this card & emailed it to my brother on the morning of his birthday... he was quite chuffed =P

I wanted to try a different direction with characters in Illustrator as I want to move away from the "flat" vector I have been doing. I like the soft, more life-like feel to this character.
