Tabs, resources, and call-outs. Oh my!

To help readers find information quickly @JessiTaylor and I have created a tab system for the book that changes color based on the Part and changes location based on the Chapter.

We've also created icons and call-outs... chunking the information so learners/students will actually read the content (hopefully).
