Grid Overlay SASS Mixin

Refactored my mixin. Dropped the unnecessary use of psuedo-elements, added support for current versions of IE, Opera, Firefox and fixed some scrolling bugs. Ready for use as of now. https://github.com/javasteve99/css-grid-overlay
