YouTube 2012 Redesign (new Google-style)

This is an idea I had a few months ago. I think the YouTube team is kind of stuck in their design process, so I took the new Google design and applied it to YouTube. Also made some slight changes to the player, and added the nice refreshed +1 buttons by Morgan Allan Knutson.

I would love it if they actually made the YouTube design similar to the rest of Google's services.
