Simple Timeline

Working on a simple timeline idea for a political map feature in an iPad app. The idea is to choose any US election year in history to see data for the states. Not enough room to show all election years horizontally so I thought that years would appear and fade away as you move the slider. I thought using the whitehouse for "home" was kinda fun.
