Levindge Theme - 2

Juggling client work has left me with little free time but I managed to make some refinements to Levindge tonight: Namely the addition of an iOS slider control, progress bar, picker pane and some other misc. refinements.

The initial idea was to offer this in 5 flavours but I think we'll end up creating a mini-app that will allow users to make the theme whatever color they please with a nifty color wheel.
