Tokyo Time

This might look familiar, but it isn't. ;)

Hello! Ranking comes with a "News Network" or a "planet" type section. Since the navigation is about 5 links smaller for H!RNN and since we publish all times on the network in Japan Standard Time, I thought this would be a great place for a jQuery clock. :)

Oh, FYI. That dot is supposed to be "doppler-like" and it marks Tokyo. I tried having Japan break out of the box, but the shape didn't work. :(
