Why is this not a link?

Just submitting my 2¢: Something in that Upload to Dribble copy should probably be a link to upload a photo. I tried clicking on the thumbnail 10 times before finally giving up. It doesn't help that the thumbnail has the same treatment as player shots, which are clickable.
